Issues such as unethical competitive practices, rising fees for sellers, along with a lack of innovation in the space means the marketplaces we use today share a likeness to stormtroopers.   • 30-day refund and exchange policy, not happy with the product? Or something quiet, not right? Send us back the product for a full refund or exchange. Products must be undamaged or unused. Products NOT included are CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items. This also includes goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that have been broken.
